Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1100 AED
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and capable of multitasking while working under pressure.
The Secretary will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all visitors and clients, managing incoming calls and emails, managing office supplies, and maintaining a clean, orderly work environment. Additionally, the Secretary will be responsible for scheduling appointments, taking minutes at meetings, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating travel arrangements for staff members, filing documents electronically or on paper as required by the company’s policies.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), the ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency, strong attention to detail, organizational skills as well as basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience as a secretary or in a similar role is preferred but not required. We are open to hiring foreign nationals with the necessary skillset.
