Secretary in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking an experienced and capable Secretary for our office in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff, handling daily managerial tasks, organizing schedules and managing filing systems.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. They must have strong attention to detail, be able to multitask efficiently, prioritize tasks and have a customer-oriented approach in order to effectively handle inquiries from both inside and outside the organization. They should also be able to independently manage their workload with minimal supervision.
The successful applicant should possess a diploma or equivalent qualification in Secretarial studies or Office Management/Administration. They must also have at least two years of experience working as a Secretary or in a related role. A basic knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office is essential for this role.
This is a full-time position with an annual salary of 900 AED. We welcome applications from foreign nationals who wish to work in Abu-Dhabi.
