Secretary in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team at a busy office in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing files and records, preparing documents and correspondence, and providing support to other staff members.
As a Secretary, you must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks in order to maintain an efficient workflow. You must also have excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis. Additionally, familiarity with common business software (e.g. Microsoft Office) is essential.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and be comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
