Kindergarten Teacher

We are searching for a highly motivated, passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Abu-Dhabi.

The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of early childhood education, be able to develop an engaging teaching plan and create a stimulating learning environment for the children. The successful candidate should be patient, kind, enthusiastic and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans that are age-appropriate and in line with the curriculum standards
• Create a safe and encouraging learning environment for the children
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback
• Supervise children during playtime and during other activities
• Maintain lesson records, attendance records, student portfolios etc.
• Establish positive relationships with parents/guardians of the students
• Take part in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or similar field (preferred)
• Knowledge of best practices in early childhood education
• Experience working with young children (preferred)
• Fluent language skills (English or Arabic)

This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1300 AED per month. We are ready to consider foreign applicants who meet the qualifications outlined above.
