We are looking for a Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and helping to facilitate transactions.
The successful candidate should have an understanding of the banking industry, be able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong knowledge of cash handling procedures. We are open to considering an immigrant who meets these qualifications.
The successful Bank Teller must be able to:
• Provide outstanding customer service and address any issues or requests promptly
• Accurately process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments and more
• Follow all bank policies and procedures as well as legal regulations
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with all banking related laws, regulations and policies
• Exercise sound judgment in resolving customer inquiries or complaints
