We are looking for an experienced and qualified Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and a knowledge of the recruitment process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings within our organization. They will also be responsible for developing relationships with outside agencies and job boards to maximize the reach of our recruitment efforts.

The successful candidate should possess:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• An understanding of the recruitment process;
• Proven ability to source candidates using a variety of methods;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
• Ability to evaluate applicants’ skills relative to job requirements;
