Job Description
We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates to fill our open positions. You will also be in charge of coordinating recruitment activities, such as job fairs, interviews, and other events.
Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to think critically when making decisions. A successful Recruiter must also be comfortable working with tight deadlines, have knowledge of recruitment practices, understand the labor market, and have excellent communication skills. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is familiar with the local job market in Abu-Dhabi and who has experience working with people from different backgrounds.
Job Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of a Recruiter include researching potential candidates online or through social media platforms; screening resumes; conducting interviews; shortlisting prospective candidates; and providing feedback to hiring managers after interviews are conducted. You will also need to review job postings regularly to ensure they reflect current trends and requirements; track open positions; and keep records of applicants' data such as their contact information, education history, work experience, and other relevant information. Additionally, you may be asked to lead orientation sessions for new hires or handle employee relations issues related to recruitment activities.
