Kindergarten Teacher Job in Abu-Dhabi
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers an attractive salary of 1500 and we are open to considering foreign applicants. The successful candidate will have the ability to plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their potential.

Requirements for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, as well as a valid teaching license or certification. Previous experience teaching kindergarten children is highly desirable but not essential. Strong organizational, communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans and themes in line with early childhood curriculum objectives
• Implement activities that promote physical, mental and social development
• Assess student performance using appropriate evaluation techniques
• Prepare classroom materials needed for lessons
• Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning through positive reinforcement techniques
• Establish effective communication with students’ parents/guardians about their progress
• Plan educational field trips, workshops, performances etc.
• Perform administrative duties such as attending staff meetings
