Office assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing calendars, organizing communications, preparing documents, scheduling events, filing paperwork and records, and handling incoming calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
We are very open to considering a foreign candidate for this role. The salary for this position is 1100 per month.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an office assistant or similar role
• Proficiency in the use of computers and related software applications
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proven ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
