Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. As part of a high-end restaurant, you will be responsible for providing creative menus, ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently, monitoring food costs and quality, training staff and maintaining health and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, excellent culinary skills and passion for creating delicious dishes.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or higher position
• Advanced knowledge of food preparation techniques, recipes, equipment and sanitation standards
• Proven ability to effectively manage personnel
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with current trends in the culinary arts
Job Duties
• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure all dishes adhere to the established quality standards
• Manage overall kitchen operation including menu planning, inventory control, cost containment solutions, staffing needs and compliance with health regulations
• Create innovative menu items utilizing seasonal ingredients while managing food costs
• Train staff on new techniques or recipes to maintain high quality standards
• Monitor kitchen stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with all health regulations within the restaurant
