Librarian in Dubai, UAE


We are looking for a Librarian to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a passion for knowledge and research.

Responsibilities of the Librarian include:
- Assisting patrons with finding materials in the library
- Cataloging new books and materials
- Updating existing library records
- Researching and providing requested materials
- Writing book reviews and creating bibliographies
- Participating in library events and activities

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be organized and detail oriented. Knowledge of current technology is also preferred. Prior experience working in a library setting is preferred but not required. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role. The salary for this position is 1200 AED per month.
