Secretary in Doha, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced and capable Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth running of the office.
The ideal candidate should be organized, personable and professional. They should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be working with various departments and external contacts. Additionally, they should have a good understanding of MS Office Suite, as well as experience with basic bookkeeping duties.
Responsibilities include: maintaining calendars; making travel arrangements; scheduling meetings; filing documents; answering telephones and transferring calls; Creating presentations; typing up memos and reports; ordering supplies; managing databases; coordinating events, etc.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or similar field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines
• A strong focus on attention to detail
• Must be willing to work long hours if needed
This position offers a salary of 1500 per month. We are open to considering candidates from abroad who can demonstrate their qualifications and experience with the job description above.
