Job Requirements and Duties:
The ideal candidate should have:
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• High level of organization and the ability to multi-task effectively
The main duties include but are not limited to:
• Answering phone calls, emails and other correspondence
• Scheduling meetings and organizing events
• Keeping track of documents, data entry tasks, filing paperwork, etc.
• Assisting with projects as needed
