Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and motivated Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have an excellent work ethic and organizational skills as well as strong attention to detail. The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office, including mail distribution, filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800 QR per month. We are open to considering international candidates for this role.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• At least two years of relevant experience in providing administrative support
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Duties:
• Greet visitors warmly when they arrive at the office
• Handle incoming calls in a polite manner and provide accurate information about the office or direct calls appropriately
• Maintain general filing system; respond appropriately to inquiries from colleagues both inside the office as well as from external clients
• Prepare invoices/documents/reports accurately and punctually
• Schedule appointments/meetings via phone & email correspondence as requested by staff
• Create & maintain records such as contact database & files
• Handle mail distribution & follow-up on unanswered emails
