We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Accountant to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be expected to handle all accounting-related tasks in an efficient, professional manner. This includes maintaining and reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, ensuring accuracy of data entry and balancing accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting and have an understanding of basic financial principles.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically
• Aptitude for problem-solving with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with bookkeeping software (e.g. QuickBooks)
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of accounting software
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with financial regulations
• BSc/BA in Accounting or relevant field is preferred but not required
• Minimum work experience of 1 year is expected but not required
• Willingness to accept a foreigner is essential
