We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing business operations, have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to work with people from different backgrounds.
The successful candidate should be able to develop strategies and plans for expanding the business activities and maximizing revenue. They should also be able to manage teams, analyze results, problem solve and make decisions with confidence.
The person will be expected to:
• Develop and execute plans for increasing company profits
• Oversee daily business operations
• Monitor financial performance
• Create budgets and long-term goals for the business
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Manage staff recruitment, training and development programs
• Establish procedures for ensuring quality customer service
• Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
The ideal candidate should possess:
• A degree in business administration or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
• Outstanding decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) • Knowledge of bookkeeping principles preferred
