We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will report directly to the office manager and play an integral role in the smooth running of our office.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience as an Office Assistant and be highly organized and efficient. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus. We are open to considering candidates from outside of Sharjah as well.
The primary responsibility of this role is providing administrative support to the office manager and other staff members, including helping out with day-to-day tasks such as bookkeeping, filing, data entry, photocopying and scanning documents. Additionally, you will help with organizing mailings, maintaining records, arranging travel plans for staff members and providing general office support when needed.
