Requirements for the Candidate:
• A minimum of 5 years experience working in a high-end restaurant or establishment
• Experienced in managing a staff of at least 10 people
• Proficient in developing new recipes and menus
• Knowledge of current culinary trends
• Must be able to work long hours and have flexible availability
• Ability to work under pressure

Job Description: The Executive Chef will be responsible for supervising all activities within the kitchen, ensuring that meals are cooked properly, presentation and taste is up to standard. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for creating new recipes and menus that fit within our restaurant’s style. Additionally, they will be expected to ensure proper food safety standards are met in order to comply with health regulations. Furthermore, they must maintain good relationships with vendors in order to get the best ingredients at competitive prices.
Responsibilities:
