Our restaurant in Haur-Fakkan is looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef who can bring a unique culinary experience to our guests. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a professional chef, an extensive knowledge of international cuisine and the ability to lead our team of cooks in a busy kitchen.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, planning menus and creating new dishes. They will be expected to ensure that all staff members adhere to health and safety standards, as well as maintain inventory control systems. They should also have excellent interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively with the rest of the restaurant staff.
To qualify for this position applicants should have at least 5 years of experience as a professional chef, or equivalent qualifications from an accredited culinary school or institution. Applicants must also possess strong leadership skills, be able to work well under pressure and have an eye for detail when it comes to all aspects of food preparation. Applicants must also demonstrate excellent communication skills and be willing to work flexible hours where necessary. Previous experience in immigrant staff management is desirable but not essential for this position.
