We are looking for a motivated and reliable secretary in CANADA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing incoming calls and emails, organizing meetings and appointments, and other tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; as well as excellent organizational skills.
The successful candidate must have the ability to work independently without constant supervision, as well as the willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
A basic understanding of computers is also required.
The Secretary will be responsible for managing incoming calls and emails from clients, taking messages where appropriate.
They will also be expected to ensure that all relevant documents are available when needed, in addition to creating documents where necessary.
They will also coordinate meetings and appointments; take notes during meetings maintain accurate records of all cruise ship activity and provide general clerical support when needed.
We are offering a salary of 5000 per month for this position, with the possibility of additional bonuses based on performance.
We are open to consider candidates who don’t have any work experience but can demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment towards the role.
