Merchandiser Job Description
The Merchandiser position is a great opportunity for an organized and ambitious individual with a passion for retail to join our team in Doha. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that the correct merchandise is displayed in the correct location according to the specific store’s needs.

Job Duties
• Setting up product displays in designated store locations
• Analyzing customer preferences and understanding buying trends
• Building strong relationships with store teams
• Ensuring all products are displayed to a high standard and well-maintained
• Working with store teams to ensure products are fully stocked
• Utilizing POS systems to track product inventory levels
• Communicating new product information to customers
• Reporting back on customer feedback and suggestions
• Interacting with customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints.

Requirements:
• Previous experience working as a merchandiser or similar role in retail or customer service industries is preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours on weekends and evenings, when needed.
