Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a broad range of administrative tasks, including managing filing systems, scheduling appointments and organizing meetings. Furthermore, they will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience to all clients and visitors.

Requirements for the Candidate
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field
• At least 1 year of work experience in an administrative role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
