Office Administrator – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office supplies, and overseeing office operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Microsoft Office, have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, and be willing to take on additional duties as needed.
The primary duties of the Office Administrator include:
• Maintaining records management systems
• Answering phone calls and providing customer service
• Providing administrative assistance to all departments within the organization
• Organizing meetings, conferences, and other events as necessary
• Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Managing office supplies inventory and ordering new supplies as needed
• Preparing reports and presentations as requested by management
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role; an Associate's Degree or higher is preferred but not required. They must also have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service skills; the ability to multi-task; the ability to prioritize tasks effectively; excellent organizational skills; problem-solving skills; the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. We are also willing to consider immigrants for this position. The salary offered is 1700 AED per month.
