We are looking for a competent Cashier to join our retail team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and an understanding of customer service principles. They should also have basic computing skills and the ability to work with cash registers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies
- Answer customers’ queries courteously and provide helpful information when needed
- Keep track of transactions by entering data into the point of sale system
- Ensure the accuracy of all calculations by double checking totals prior to submitting transactions
- Count money in the cash drawer periodically throughout the shift
- Provide assistance with other tasks as required by the Manager.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education certificate
- Proven experience as a Cashier or Sales Associate in a retail setting preferred but not required
- Ability to calculate figures accurately and quickly
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computing knowledge
