We are looking for a competent, experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency. The successful applicant must also possess an excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Job Requirements:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another language is a plus
Job Duties:
• Manage calendar appointments and schedule meetings for upper-level staff members
• Handle incoming calls, emails and other forms of communication
• Prepare documents for internal and external use; draft letters, memos, emails etc. • Maintain accurate records filing system; manage databases as needed • Assist with travel arrangements as needed • Conduct research; compile data into reports or presentations • Coordinate events as needed • Provide general administrative support to staff members as required
