As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team and other departments in the company. You will also be responsible for managing office operations, maintaining records, organizing files, and performing other related duties as assigned.
To be successful as an Administrative Assistant in our company you should possess excellent organizational skills and have experience working with Microsoft Office Suite products. You should also have great verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in office administration or equivalent field.
Job Responsibilities:
-Managing daily operations of the office
-Answering phone calls and emails from clients
-Organizing files and records
-Preparing reports as needed
-Setting up meetings with clients or other personnel
-Greeting visitors to the office
-Performing general administrative duties such as filing documents, photocopying, faxing, etc.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or equivalent field
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel)
-Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
-Great communication skills both verbal and written
