Office Manager Job in Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to the office staff and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
The successful candidate must have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. They should be experienced in providing administrative support and managing office systems. The candidate must also be able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries as needed
• Ensure the office is well stocked with necessary supplies
• Organize daily calendars of the office staff
• Monitor incoming emails and respond accordingly
• Execute administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, photocopying, etc.
• Prepare agendas for meetings scheduled in the office
• Greet visitors and answer their queries or direct them to the appropriate department or person
• Assist with onboarding new employees by providing necessary orientation about the company’s policies, procedures, etc.
• Maintain an accurate record of all financial transactions taking place in the office
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent field preferred
• Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
We are offering a competitive salary of 1400 AED per month for this position. We are ready to consider an immigrant too.
