Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our Abu-Dhabi office. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing staff, and ensuring that administrative duties are completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the general running of the office. This includes ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner and that all staff are following company policies and procedures. Specific duties include:
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Managing office supplies
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Developing and implementing office policies
• Maintaining records of personnel files
• Coordinating travel arrangements
• Handling payroll processing
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant position
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in data entry software (MS Excel)
• Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail
