We are looking for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and ensuring that a high standard of quality is maintained.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and have excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. We are open to considering candidates from abroad.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen
• Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen
• Creating new recipes while also maintaining traditional ones
• Developing menus with an emphasis on quality, nutrition, presentation and cost-effectiveness
• Managing purchasing processes to ensure fresh ingredients are used whenever possible
• Training staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols
• Maintaining stock levels to ensure efficient delivery of services
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene regulations.
Working Conditions: The Executive Chef will work five days per week in an 8-hour shift with occasional overtime depending on business needs. The salary for this position is 1100 per month plus additional benefits as per company policy.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen setting
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
• Outstanding organisational skills with great attention to detail
• Good leadership qualities as well as excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP)
