Restaurant Manager in Dubai, UAE


We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience, a good understanding of financial management principles, and excellent interpersonal skills. They should also possess a Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field. It is preferred that the candidate has experience working with international customers and knowledge of the local language and culture.

Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing levels, customer service, food preparation, quality control, maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Developing strategies to promote business growth and increase profit margins.
- Creating budgets, managing costs, and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Developing marketing plans to increase customer base and grow repeat business.
- Creating employee schedules, training staff members on policies and procedures, recruiting new employees as needed, and resolving employee conflicts.
- Ensuring health regulations are met at all times; organizing health inspections; implementing corrective measures when required.
- Maintaining a professional relationship with suppliers to ensure product quality is maintained at all times.

The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail; strong leadership abilities; superior communication skills; the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; the ability to speak English fluently; and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service experiences at all times. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position with a salary of 1100 per month .
