Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, assist with general office operations, handle scheduling and other clerical duties. The ideal candidate should be a proactive problem solver, capable of multitasking and working well with others in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High School diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
