We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the office. This role will require excellent organizational and communication skills as well as a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an asset)
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors warmly and provide clerical assistance as needed
• Answer phone calls professionally and transfer them to the appropriate parties
• Schedule appointments with clients and follow up on their requests in a timely manner
• Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning documents etc.
• Manage the office calendar, coordinate meetings and record minutes of meetings when necessary
• Ensure that all office supplies are adequately stocked at all times
