Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, help manage records and databases, prepare documents and reports, respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner, coordinate meetings and events, perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as filing expenses reports, manage office supplies inventory, provide general administrative support to the team members as needed.
Required Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you should have excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail. You should demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities as well as have basic knowledge of financial practices. Additionally you must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English; any additional language skills would be beneficial but not essential. Previous experience working in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
