Administrative assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail. They should have experience in working in an office environment and possess excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate must be able to prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively. They must be able to take initiative and be willing to take on additional tasks as needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Greeting visitors, answering telephone calls and responding to emails
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Creating documents, reports and presentations
• Organizing events, conferences and meetings
• Ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment
• Filing documents and updating databases
• Providing administrative support for the team
• Assisting with travel arrangements for staff members
• Organizing files, completing paperwork, transcribing notes, proofreading documents etc.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
The salary offered is 1500 AED per month. We are open to considering applications from immigrants as well.
