We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the organization and managing the daily operations of the office.
This role requires excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills as well as a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Job Description:
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions of the office, including but not limited to: organizing incoming and outgoing mail, managing office supplies, filing documents, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining calendars and schedules, handling customer inquiries and providing support services to staff. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will be expected to provide a high level of customer service by responding promptly to all inquiries.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
