This position offers the opportunity to join a rapidly-growing and successful organization as a Cashier in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer payments, handling cash and credit card transactions, providing excellent customer service, and performing other duties as necessary.
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this role. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and customer service principles is essential.
The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers quickly. They should be detail-oriented with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally. They must also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. We are also looking for someone who is highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
The primary responsibilities of this role include: processing customer payments; handling cash and credit card transactions; providing excellent customer service; resolving customer complaints; ensuring accuracy of all financial transactions; responding to inquiries from customers; maintaining accurate records of transactions; following company policies and procedures when dealing with customers; reconciling daily receipts; and assisting other cashiers when needed.
This position offers a competitive salary of AED 1200 per month plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and travel allowances. We are ready to consider foreign applicants who meet our requirements.
