As a Secretary, your main duties and responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the department, taking accurate minutes and notes during meetings, managing filing systems, arranging travel itineraries and booking tickets as required. You will also provide assistance in organizing events such as conferences or seminars.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English as well as strong organizational skills. They should also be able to work independently as well as within a team environment. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as we are willing to consider applicants who have no prior experience but are eager to learn and develop their skills. Knowledge of MS Office applications is essential for this role.
