Secretary in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in secretarial and administrative roles, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide support services to the management, staff, and clients of our organization. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, preparing documents and reports, organizing office operations, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls. They should also be able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and speed.
We are looking for someone who is proficient with computers and office software applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel). Applicants must have excellent organizational skills; they must also be able to prioritize tasks while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English; knowledge of an additional language is an asset. This position requires an individual with strong interpersonal skills – the successful candidate should possess tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.
A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role is required along with a high school diploma or equivalent qualification; we would consider a foreigner for this role with the relevant qualifications and experience. The salary is 1600 AED per month.
