We are looking to hire an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company, as well as helping with projects and tasks as needed.
Job Description: The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative duties such as filing, data entry, preparing documents, making phone calls and responding to emails. They will also need to manage calendars and arrange appointments as needed. Additionally, they will be expected to handle incoming inquiries from customers and other visitors in a professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, scheduling appointments etc.
• Manage calendar of the team members
• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner
• Handle customer inquiries by phone or email
• Assist with projects as assigned by the management
• Perform other clerical duties as requested
• Maintain accurate records of all activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year experience working as a secretary or in an administrative role
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Strong communication skills both verbal & written
• Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining accuracy
