Secretary in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, as well as providing administrative support to the team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, have a proactive approach and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling meetings and arranging travel plans for staff;
- Taking notes during meetings and following up on action items;
- Drafting correspondence, including emails and memos;
- Answering incoming calls and handling inquiries;
- Maintaining filing systems;
- Assisting with special projects as needed.
The successful applicant must possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff. A professional attitude is essential, along with a high level of organization and attention to detail. We offer a salary of 1300 monthly and are willing to consider applicants who are immigrants.
