Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and efficiently handle a variety of administrative tasks with minimal supervision. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering and screening telephone calls
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
• Arranging travel plans for staff members
• Coordinating meetings, conferences, and special events
• Performing general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Managing projects as needed
• Providing customer service support as necessary.

Requirements of the Applicant
The ideal candidate should possess:
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an administrative role or related field
• Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • A professional attitude towards colleagues at all times • Good communication skills (both verbal and written) in English • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Flexibility to adjust working hours when required • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times • Previous experience working as a Secretary is preferred but not required.
