We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team at El-Fujairah. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful completion of projects. You will coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of all project tasks, as well as manage project risks and dependencies.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills. You should also be able to develop detailed plans and guide teams through complex projects. Your goal is to ensure that all projects meet their objectives by delivering them on time, within budget and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed plans for project tasks, resources and timelines
• Assign tasks to internal teams and manage team performance
• Monitor progress of projects and adjust schedules when needed
• Identify potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve project issues
• Analyze project performance data and suggest changes if needed
• Ensure that all projects follow the established quality standards
• Prepare regular reports on progress, budgets, issues etc. for executive staff
• Organize meetings related to different projects


Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a professional setting
• Good understanding of project management methodology (e.g., Agile) and tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead teams effectively
