Requirements for the Position:
• Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• The successful candidate must be highly organized and capable of multitasking effectively.
• They should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders alike.
• They should possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will report directly to the management team who oversee all operations within Zayed City’s office settings. We are open to considering foreign applicants who possess all necessary visas and permits required by law in order to legally work in this country, providing they meet the requirements stated above. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (20 hours per week). In addition, you may be asked occasionally to work additional hours if there is a need for it within our organization during peak periods such as holidays or special events etc..
