We are looking for an experienced office assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate should be reliable, organized, and have excellent communication skills. The successful candidate for the Office Assistant role will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the entire office staff. This includes answering phones, filing paperwork, scheduling appointments, managing emails, ordering supplies, and other general office duties as needed. The individual must demonstrate strong organizational abilities and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of administrative experience in an office setting along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A professional attitude and the ability to interact with people of all levels is necessary as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
