Executive Chef in Musaffah, UAE
We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Musaffah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, developing new recipes, ordering supplies, and overseeing food delivery and preparation.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership abilities, as well as a creative eye for presentation and flavor. They should have knowledge of food safety regulations and a keen understanding of budgetary constraints. The Executive Chef must be able to work long hours in a fast-paced environment and have exceptional multitasking abilities.
The Executive Chef must have at least two years of experience in a professional kitchen setting, ideally with knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine. They should be able to mentor and manage kitchen staff effectively while providing effective guidance on food sanitation and safety guidelines. A degree or certificate in culinary arts is preferred but not required.
We offer a competitive salary of 1600 per month plus benefits in exchange for the successful candidate's hard work and dedication to excellence. We are willing to consider foreign candidates who meet all the other requirements stated above.
