Job Description
This is a full-time position for a HR Manager in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the human resources department which includes recruitment, payroll, training, employee relations and benefits administration. You will be responsible for ensuring that all employees are treated fairly and appropriately as per local labor laws. You will be expected to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the organization's HR objectives are met. Additionally, you will be expected to work closely with other departments to ensure that the organization's business objectives are achieved.

Required Skills
The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with all levels of staff within the organization. They should have excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. They should also have experience in developing policies and procedures related to human resource management. Additionally, they must possess a deep understanding of local labor laws in Abu-Dhabi and be proficient in English language communication (both written and verbal).
