A multinational company in Abu-Dhabi is looking for an experienced Human Resources manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, and at least two years of experience in the HR field. The successful applicant will demonstrate outstanding organizational, communication and problem-solving skills and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including posting job openings, creating job descriptions, interviewing candidates and conducting background checks. They will also be responsible for creating policies and procedures regarding employee benefits, performance reviews and compensation plans. In addition to this, they will provide advice on employee relations issues such as complaints and grievances.

The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills as they will be required to interact with all levels of management as well as external contacts such as government departments. They should also possess strong computer skills and have the ability to use various HR software programs. Knowledge of local labor laws is essential for this role.
