Job Description
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process of the company. This role includes sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that they are filled in a timely manner.The Recruiter will be responsible for responding to inquiries related to job opportunities, writing job descriptions and advertisements, conducting phone interviews, scheduling in-person interviews, and evaluating candidates’ qualifications. The Recruiter will also track the progress of job openings and maintain accurate records of applicant information.
Needs for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should have excellent people skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail. They should also have previous experience in a similar role as well as a thorough understanding of the recruitment process. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and written as well as strong computer literacy and the ability to use recruitment software programs.
