Job Description:
The Recruiter role involves seeking out qualified candidates for employment opportunities in the company, by utilizing a variety of candidate sources. The Recruiter will be responsible for conducting initial interviews with potential hires, and assessing their skills and qualifications. The Recruiter will also provide feedback to hiring managers on prospective employees and help create job postings with engaging, informative descriptions. This position requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of recruiting experience, preferably within an organization of similar size and scope. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required. An understanding of employment laws and regulations is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to effectively engage potential candidates, as well as experience using web-based Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Above all else, the successful candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving abilities.
