The key responsibilities of the Kindergarten Teacher include: developing lesson plans according to the school curriculum; engaging students in learning activities; providing a safe and supportive environment for students; assessing student progress; managing classroom behavior; and engaging with parents. The ideal candidate should be able to maintain order while also fostering creativity among their pupils.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education; at least two years of teaching experience in a kindergarten setting; excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills; strong knowledge of child development principles; comfort with technology such as digital tools for classroom instruction; and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues on tasks such as lesson plans.
